{jewelry give-away}

Hello and Happy Wednesday to you!
I am so happy to off official work since it gives me extra time to focus on simpledaisy.....yeah:)
I have been making a few sales here and there and I can't even tell you how happy that makes me!

I am getting ready to take a new jewelry making class next week! It's a 6 week course more on metalsmithing, etc. I can't wait to see what I learn....I have had several ideas swirling in my head and can't wait to share them with you!

And guess what else....
I now own www.simpledaisy.com....
I have been trying to buy this for about 4 years and one day I woke up and checked on it......and it was for sale!!!!!!!

Maybe one day I will have my very own website! I just need a designer to help me. I spent 4 hours yesterday trying to teach myself how to turn a wordpress template into a website.....couldn't do it so I gave up:( So right now it's linked to my etsy shop.

I love the look of http://www.shorelychic.com/ and would love simpledaisy to look something like this..

Any designers out there that would like to help a starving artist?!?! heehee:)


By now you definitely know about my love affair with all things ocean. You know that's what simpledaisy is all about!
But especially starfish....
I even found this cute starfish wine....
Pretty tastey..

And I have been tinkering with making these.....
The sweetest little starfish hair pins.
I am considering making these for my shop.....but not sure yet!

They do make me pretty happy....
plus they would make great gifts for all your beachy girlfriends!

    First off I will excuse myself from this giveaway since I won your last one. Which BTW I get tons of compliments on my beautiful earrings. Congrats on buying simpledaisy.com. Last summer I bought sealaura.com and like you I have visions and dreams of becoming a sentrepreneur. :)

    What collage program do you use? I love the way you post your pics. AS far as your jewelry, I dig the barrettes, I would love to wear them, they would also make for great favors, which brings me that suggestion. maybe you can also market them as little items for bridal showers etc. But I am sure you have already thought of this.     OMG.....now there you go again, giving me waaaaay too many ideas and not enough time!! I SO wish I could explain the significance of the 'starfish' to my circle of friends. It's an inside joke that we've all run with for yrs. So, of course, everytime I see starfish I have to not only have one.....but "8" of them!!! So wish I had time to make these before Sat. but it won't be happening......
    You always give me such a breath of fresh air when I read your summertime posts...thanks for that!
    I would suggest you change the aqua color of your links to a darker blue. It's really hard to see against your white background. Oh wait.....maybe it's just cuz I'm old and blind....heheheheh!

    I adore Etsy and I'll need to add your shop to my favorites there, as you make such lovelies - the colours are all my favorites. :)

    Of the items presently in your shop - I am most drawn to the Hand-stamped ocean inspired bracelet, because I'm partial to words, and especially words intermingled with beautiful eye candy.
