Happy Sunday to you:)
Guess what.....the sun is SHINING today!! I can't even tell you just how happy that makes me!!!! Even though it's only 10 degrees outside....just a little sunshine always brightens my day!!!!!!!!
It truly is the little things in life that make me so happy:):)
You know what else makes me more than happy....TURQUOISE....
You didn't know that did you?!?!? heehee!!!
And almost even better than turquoise is being able to do a cute little craft with simple things I already had on hand!
This really couldn't be any easier!
Just glue turquoise tissue paper onto glass votive jars and let it dry!
You really can't mess it up!
Oh and I forgot to show you that sweet little seaglass that Caron sent me the other day!! See that blue piece.......beautiful!!!!
And then since I was inspired by my little turquoise craft and the sunshine...I thought it would be nice to just spruce my dining room up a bit!
Nothing to special...I just used things I already had on hand!
The turquoise jars, glass floats from The Glass Float Junkie, the wood box I made, wine bottles and corks, etc!
I think it looks springtime fresh!!!!!!
Oh and that little turquoise frame....I just painted it...glued burlap to the back and then glued shells onto the burlap!! CUTE and simple:)
There's a better image of it down below!
Just notice all the light streaming in the windows!!! Makes me so happy!!!
I am just so ready for spring!!!!

ReplyDeleteP. S. I'd like to order the Driftwood necklace but need to know how long the chain is when it's unclasped. 20 inches? That's what I need to have the decorative elements fall at the right place while wearing the necklace...let me know.
