Well Hello beautiful friends!
How are you today???

As promised....I want to let you know who the winner is of the Simple Daisy give-away!!
But first....
Thank you for participating!! I reached a Simple Daisy record....159 comments!! I can't even tell you just how happy that made me!!!! In the next few days...I hope to stop by each and every one of your fabulous blogs to say "hello!!"
And second....
we just returned from a wonderful trip to Knoxville, TN.

I was blessed with gorgeous weather and SUNSHINE...sweet sunshine for the entire long weekend!
I am sure you can imagine just what that did for my spirit:)


Thank you sweet Tennessee for giving me the sunshine I so needed:)

Spending time just relaxing always makes me take a minute to reflect on ........being happy and thankful:)



Yes...I have tons of goals and thoughts for my life.
But sometimes I really think it's OK to just be.
I am working hard on Simple Daisy and I hope it takes me far.
But I am trying to just enjoy more of the process and less of where am I supposed to be going!!


Maybe it was the two...yes two...Bliss shops that reminded me that life is Bliss...right where you are:)

Maybe someday Simple Daisy will turn into a shop .....
but if not...that's ok too! I'll just keep plugging along doing what I enjoy.
being creative!



I am always thankful to go and spend time with my family and friends!!

    Hi Heather!
    So pleased that you had a wonderful time in K-ville. We LOVED living there...and from your photos...Boy, has it changed! Your mountain photo could have been taken from the ridge in my old neighborhood. On clear days, we could see the Smokey Mountains in one direction and the Cumberland Mountains in the opposite direction. That ridge is where I would go when I needed to find peace. (and as a mother of 3 little boys at that time, peacefulness was often needed!)

    Keep working toward your dream.One day you may just be surprised to find that you really achieved it. You have so many people pulling for you...

    Congrats to the winner. I understand the desire to live by the ocean. I am fortunate to live in Maine along the beautiful coast. I am 5 minutes from Portland Headlight and many other lighthouses. I was born and brought up here and don't think I could ever leave. My husband is from Ohio and loves it here. Thank God. Have a wonderful day!!!!!
