{Simple Daisy Studio}

Hello...Hello!
How are you!?!?!?

Welcome new friends and returning friends!!!!!

And if today just happens to be your first stop at Simple Daisy....make sure you take a minute to enter my give-away!!!!
If you want to that is:):)

Thank you soooooo much for all of your responses so far! You've given me a lot to consider! But the overwhelming thing i've read was.....add a tiny bit of variety to my designs!
So I will be sprinkling in some beautiful grey Labrodortie stones as well as some gorgeous creamy white Moonstone!!! I am still undecided about Citrine.

But just as soon as my shipment arrives you'll be seeing some charming new designs with a slight variety to the stones:):):)

And don't forget......20% in my shop until Friday!!!!!!!!

As I move forward and contiue to get even more busy {thank you}...I thought it would be a good idea to actually create a good solid work bench!
{thanks honey}
I still have to paint it...but I L.O.V.E. it!
Simple and effective:)

I love it! Oh wait...I already said that:)
It's counter height and just perfect! It gives me soooo much more space.

I can work and lay out my designs I am working on....all at the same time! Yippee:)
If you've been a reader for very long...you know...organzation is just not my strength!!! But I think this work bench just might help!

I am thinking of taking down the peg board and building one of those rolling memo boards...with a magnetic chalkboard on the back and the front would be a stipe painted corkboard or something like that:):)
Not sure yet! But i'll keep you posted.

and I still want to paint this desk white...just never seem to make the time:)

Twinkle lights always help me feel inspired! I just love them and have them in nearly every room in my home:)

Do you have a little studio or craft room!!!??
If so...what is your favorite thing about it!!

For me...it's my total happy space! I go in there not only to work on Simple Daisy...but also to get inspired! In the winter...I close the blinds, turn on the twinkle lights, light some candles and listen to French Cafe station on Pandora...
I take some time to visit as many of you as I can and then I just set a slide show of all my beachy photos and get busy designing:):)

We just got it finished yesterday {I say, we, very loosely....it was mostly my husband}and already it's had plenty of use!!
Again...thank you...thank you!!!
Without you...i'd never be able to follow my dreams:)

Have a very Happy Monday! Yes....it's Monday...but don't forget...each day truly is a gift:)

  1. Studio's are dreamy places. I waited 22 yrs. for mine. I've only had it for 7 mos. now, but it is where I spend every minute of the day. Even my puppy bella bleu and kitty lily monet lay around in there all day long. I say thanks to God every day for my studio.

I do love your twinkle lights. I have a strand of paper lanterns hanging in mine. They cheer me like your twinkles do.

I know you will get so much more done with those new work benches. Your hubby did a great job!!!

    Yeah for studios!

  2. Oh I love your work space! I have a huge desk that I thought I'd use for all my crafting, but it's in a back room with no heat/air and totally disconnected from the main part of the house that I never want to use it. Yours is so inspirational.

This is second yr in a row that we've gotten it and it's more than I've seen in my whole life, living here in the south. Granted, we only got an inch and it's already thawing but man, oh man...it sure was pretty falling.

  5. How lucky you are to have a wonderful new bench to craft on. I love that my craft space has everthing that I love all in one place. I too light a candle, grab a glass of wine, tea, or cocoa and spend time just letting loose with whatever my heart desires. I can't wait to see your new designs. Moonstones are my favorite gemstone!

You know, I love Mondays...for a few months now, and I think I found the secret to that. Starting from September I do what I love, I work with what I love and live life every day to the fullest, the best I can. Since then , I love every day no matter what it might be called.

Thanks for stopping by my blog. Come back any time, you are more than welcome!

  11. I am sooo jealous of your studio! The boyfriend & I are working on my own little space in our basement, but nothing so spectacular. I can only hope that someday I will have something similar!

  12. Your workspace does look very inspiring! I am a tad envious! I just realized I was never technically a follower, but I just clicked the button to follow you.

I really love all of your creations and I really do think adding a bit of citrine would be good. I love it, just not as much and blue.

  22. Oh, I am so happy to find you! I love absolutely everything about your blog...even your new workstation and especially your twinkle lights. But I especially love that you are so creative with seaglass. I didn't enter your giveaway because I don't think you need to change anything. Seriously...what tops seaglass?:)

But that's because I love it and have been toying with the idea of renaming my blog with seaglass in the title...not because I make anything with it because I don't. But we LOVE seaglass and any day we find some on the beach is a HAPPY day for sure:)

    So nice to meet you...

  23. Love the new work table, between you and your hubby, the creativity and talent just flows like the tide.

I had a studio for so many years and now for the last year I work in a MUCH tinier space. This has forced me to focus more on digital art, but I'm finding it to be a lot of fun. My butt hurts though, lol.

  24. I love your studio. What a great place to work on your creative endeavors. I'm working on my studio/craft room/guest room right now. I think I'm going to put some little white lights somewhere too! They inspire me as well.
