but today I rode in a 50 mile bike ride and I WAS SO PROUD of myself and ourselves that I could roll around in the grass like a kitty in the sunshine!!!! My friends Sherry {right} and Jamie {left} rode with me and we had a FABULOUS time...minus the thigh screaming hills afer mile...oh about 32~~~
So what we are not super speedy!! We finished in 4 hours and I think that's pretty good considering the lack of hard core training!!
Well.....except Jamie...who is a personal trainer...
but I think we all did GREAT!!!

ReplyDeleteok, speaking of thighs screaming,let's just say a certain unmentionable womanly bone is really sore!!! The picture turned out really cute. It was a perfect day, I'm glad you really enjoyed it. It is a great feeling to have accompished 50 miles, so great job to you ! Oh and of course one of the highlights was cocktaling with you guys afterwards, just like old times!
